We are committed to helping individuals live as independently as possible by connecting them with essential services that support their daily lives. Our dedicated service coordinator works closely with individuals, families, and a network of agencies to identify needs, develop personalized plans, and connect people with the right services. This vital support is offered at Golden Towers, Golden Ages, and South Hall Manor, ensuring those we serve have the resources they need to thrive.
We provide a safe space for children ages 5-12 at Birch Park 1, where they can receive academic support, develop new skills, and engage in positive activities. Our program is designed to prevent adverse outcomes, reduce risk, and address behavior challenges while promoting family engagement. Youth Activity Specialists work closely with children to encourage empowerment, healthy lifestyle choices, and personal growth. Older siblings also have the opportunity to get involved as helpers, fostering a sense of community and responsibility. This service is exclusively available to Birch Park 1 residents, ensuring children and families have the resources they need to succeed.
